Dizayn Silent Pipe and attachments is used for the evacuation ofused water inside and outside the building. Dizayn Silent Pipemanufactured from Polyproylene raw material is tested and approvedfor sound isolation in Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik inStuttgart Germany.
Production Specifications
Poleolefin pipes are manufactured on the machinery group calledextruder track. Its fittings are formed by moulds on injectionmachines. While one side of the pipes are having the groove form bythe belling technique, the other sides are formed as spigot. Intothe bell part of the pipe and fittings, seals are placed withfastening ring inside. These pipes are placed in the stockingbracket, and fitting in the pockets and then consigned.
